We want you to be satisfied with every MAISON RỒNG purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

1. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Engraved or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or return. Please contact support before shipping items back.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect returned items, refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
